I have my gmail registered with Turbo Tax website (My Intuit Account > Sign in information : it is my gmail there), throughout the tax filing process, most Turbo Tax emails were sent to my gmail inbox (such as Federal Return Accepted, State Return Accepted, etc), but two emails were sent to my Yahoo mailbox (Order Confirmation --- credit card payment, Your TurboTax account has been updated --- Your 2021 tax return was started, using your info from last year). I don't find my yahoo email address anywhere in Turbo Tax website, I don't remember that I ever used yahoo email address on Turbo Tax website before. I migrated from Yahoo mailbox to gmail years ago, and I have not used Yahoo mailbox since then (only occasionally checking Yahoo mailbox).
It is so confusing that Turbo Tax sends messages to different email addresses throughout tax return filing process, where can I find my yahoo email address on Turbo Tax website, and I would like to update the information. So that it won't happen in the future.
It does bother a little bit: every message is sent to one email address only, so for my case, there are two missing messages in Gmail Inbox (if I don't check Yahoo Mailbox).

You have an old Advantage account entry that is still sending messages to the old email. You are probably not able to fix it and it is not affecting anything with your current email. Just an old entry struck in the system. Customer service might be able to locate and delete it, but it is not hurting anything.

Or any forum related to Account setting, and there are Customer Service actually solving the issues there?

I don't think I have the Advantage account, nothing there, "Sign Up" button is at the bottom. I clicked Top Right Account Info, it goes to general Intuit Account, where is associated with my gmail.

I don't want to spend much time on phone call, hard to explain over the phone. Too bad that it does not have live chat or email support.
Hope customer service can see this post and solve the issue, otherwise, I will leave it as it is, only use TurboTax website once a year, not a big deal.
