It does bother a little bit: every message is sent to one email address only, so for my case, there are two missing messages in Gmail Inbox (if I don't check Yahoo Mailbox).

 

Anyway to live chat with Customer Service and point him/her to this post? It is hard to explain over the phone.

 

Or any forum related to Account setting, and there are Customer Service actually solving the issues there?

 

I tried to live chat with someone, but it points to Phone call or Community question.
