On Nov 14, I received email stating that Turbo Tax 2019 was on its way. Today is Nov 25. I still have not received the CD.

We also have not received our order. According to the TurboTax Advantage site, the order should have arrived by November 27th.
Did your credit card get charged for it?
I was billed for Turbo Tax 2019 on November 15 but I have not received my software disk to download product on my computer.
