Turbo Tax is prompting me to delete 1099-MISC Wks

I'm a fulltime employee and filled in my W2 info for 2020. Now going through Federal review and Turbo Tax is prompting this message below. I do not have a1099-MISC Wks only a W2.

The following forms are about to be deleted. Are you sure you want to delete them?

1099-MISC Wks (untitled)

I don't understand this as I've never worked as a contractor - only a fulltime employee. Is it OK to delete this form? Not sure why this happening. Please advise. Thank you!

It's possible this form was carried over from last year and TurboTax just prompted you to review.

In any case, if you did not have a 1099-MISC just delete the form as prompted and run the error check again.

If the TT prompt does not work then you can delete the form with the following instructions....

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

One last thing do you know why Intuit Turbo Tax charges $25 for state filing (in my case MA), yet before you're brought there to login and pay Turbo Tax states State efile is $20?

There was an early filer discount, which may have been $20, otherwise the fee is always $25.

March 1 the early prices expired.  They do every year.  Or you can print and mail state for free.
