I'm getting refund but can't pay for turbo tax fees out of my refund
This never happened before and I never had any problems choosing my refund as a payment method

A tax return that has to be printed and mailed is not eligible for having the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund. The TurboTax account fees will have to be paid by using a credit or debit card before they can be printed using the TurboTax online editions.
It's e-Filed not printed and mailed

See this TurboTax support FAQ for not being able to use pay with refund - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-can-t-i-deduct-my-turbotax-fees-from-my-...
Yes, I knew this however none of it applies in my case
Is your federal refund bigger than all the fees plus the Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California)? Even if you can still efile today they might have turned off the Pay with Refund service.
How to see your fees
You might want to check out this. You only have 2 more hours to efile, if you can, if you started before Oct 15.
What if I miss the Oct 15 deadline?
How do I get my fee taken out of my return it’s not giving me that position and I don’t have the money can you please help
fees can only be taken out of your refund if you e-file and request direct deposit. e-filing is closed for 2020 so you can not pay your fees through your refund.
