We have been trying to Efile my Turbo Tax at least 5 times and it was rejected 5 times. I went to the IRS website and received an IP PIN however it is a 6 digit pin number and Turbo Tax only allowed for a 5 digit pin. So the IP pin could not be used. I then went to my 2022 return to get my AGI which I used and it was rejected. What can I do now beyond filing it by mail?

Yes, there are two separate PIN numbers that may be on your tax return. If your PIN has six digits, it's an IP PIN. Here's where to enter it:
And did you try entering 0 for the AGI? That works for most people. The IRS might have processed your return later so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. See,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
