Nobody at TurboTax has any information about refunds after the IRS has the tax return.. The IRS only gives information to the taxpayer - nobody else.
The IRS is running behind due to COVID and a huge amount of early tax returns being filed this year.
See this IRS newsroom release: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-during-covid-19-mission-critical-functions-continue
They are so delayed that they postponed the filing date from April 15 to May 17.
21 days is not a magic number - it is just an average.
TurboTax only gives the general IRS (most returns are processed within 21 days) date. The actual date is known only by the IRS. TurboTax also does not adjust the general date for anything on the tax return. TurboTax receives no feedback from the IRS after filing.
The IRS says most refunds will be issued within 21 days - some faster, some longer.
(Most means more than half so many take longer - MUCH longer)
Each tax return is evaluated on it's own merits. There is no first-in-first-out. Two similar tax return submitted at the same time can have totally different processing times based on IRS criteria for examining tax returns that the IRS does not divulge.
Some returns will be held for ID verification or other verification. The IRS will send a letter if they require more information to process your tax return.

How do I pay for additional uses of my Home & Business. I have filed for five members of my family AFTER starting with my more complicated return and waiting for a late K-1 to be sent?

The limit is 5 federal e-files. The limit is set by IRS rules for personal tax preparation software. Any further tax returns can only be printed and mailed.
Thanks, but, can open my existing 2020 soon to be completed file using a new purchased copy of Home & Business and then electronically file?

Not unless you are going to use an different IP address for the filing of the tax return different from the IP address used for the prior 5 tax returns. Meaning that you would have to go to a different location to file the return if you are using a home network off of one router.
IRS says that I never filed my 2019 Taxes. I did it electronicly thru you How can you help me
Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Then when you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile. Check back though your emails if you have them.

Since the IRS has not fully processed the 2019 tax return, enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file again.
Is their a Turbotax customer service phone number?
Please reach out to us directly at the link here. This will direct your inquiry to the correct department's phone number.
Filed Fed 2020 tax via Turbo Tax on March 15, 2021. Account [removed] Did IRS get it? [email address removed]
@steuckeart I don't know what that account # is but you better Edit your post and remove it. The whole world can see it and steal it or scam you.
Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?
You can check your efile status here,
