This program appears to be looping, which makes me think I should just file by paper. the code either doesnt take in step 3 or takes but does finish filing. dont get it.

Log out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies. Log back into TurboTax and go back to the review or skip it and file.

You can also try using a different browser.
