My 2016 Turbo Tax is not calculating? I input changes and nothing happens to the tax due amount. HELP.

There are many things you could enter that would not affect your tax due, especially if the tax due is self-employment tax.  What are you entering?  Look at your 1040 to see what kind of tax you owe.  click on the Forms icon, then click on the 1040 in your list of forms, lines 57 to 63.
