I only was covered with health insurance for part of the year (2months). When filling in part III lines 23-32, it will not let me enter the applicable number (zero).

Leave the columns blank (empty) for the months that you did Not have Marketplace Insurance.

That is what I tried to do. But, it says  "Please Enter an Amount", and will not let me bypass this portion of the tax return without entering a number, even though the number is "zero".

Then delete the Form 1095-A and do Not import, enter manually.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form
Then -
Click on Federal on the left side of the screen.  Click on Health Insurance at the top of the screen.
