To fix this, please click My Info in the left menu bar, completely delete the number you have in the phone number field, and then reenter your phone number and area code. Then resubmit the e-file. You may still have to wait 24 hours, though,
I've had this same issue as well. My phone number is listed correctly with 10 digits and I still have received this same exact error messages the past two days. Is there any other possible solution? Thank you

I have attempted for several days to electronically file but it will not go through and gives no good reason since I have been e-filing for years. Time is running out.

I just received the same message, although I'm in a bit of a different situation as I'm in the military overseas and am filing from an APO/DPO address. I've used a US phone number but it is not a cell phone and cannot receive an SMS.
Here again is the message from TurboTax:
Some forms within your tax return are not available until a later date. The dates are subject to change by the IRS.

Actual statement..." Could not efile for following reason... "our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets".
I also think I was asked to pay $60. for premier which is for Federal but should I have not been charged additionally $40. for State? Could this be why when trying to submit both returns this message comes back since have paid nothing for State.
Please help if can!
