The status of my Fed Refund 2019 on IRS web disappeared

Hi guys,

I just got my 2020 refund back. But, I still didn't receive my 2019 Tax refund. And the weird thing is I can't check the 2019 refund status on IRS web https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp

It indicates that "You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again.".  But, the status was "being processed" before this August.

It's been more than one year now.  Guys, what I am supposed to do? Call them, never get connected.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

You will have to contact the IRS and speak to an agent concerning the 2019 federal tax refund.

Call the IRS the very first thing in the morning at 7am your time as several users have indicated they were able to speak with an agent early in the morning.

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate

The IRS refund lookup page will only have your 2020 refund.  You have to ask the IRS about 2019.

Did you efile?  Was it Accepted?  Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected.  When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Then when you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile.  Check back though your emails if you have them.

The status of my Fed Refund 2019 on IRS web disappeared

Thanks for the suggestion.

I check the status before. It said "being processed". So, I will assume IRS received my paper filing.

How can I ask about 2019 status?

Thank you
