Hi guys,
I just got my 2020 refund back. But, I still didn't receive my 2019 Tax refund. And the weird thing is I can't check the 2019 refund status on IRS web https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp
It indicates that "You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again.". But, the status was "being processed" before this August.
It's been more than one year now. Guys, what I am supposed to do? Call them, never get connected.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
