The following steps should be taken in order to report income as a statutory employee:

Login to your TurboTax Deluxe account

Click on
the Federal tab on the left side of the screen
- Click on
the ‘Wages & Income’ section

Enter
your W-2 information and make sure the ‘Statutory Employee’ checkbox is marked

Self-Employed in order to complete your Schedule C expenses.
