Get your taxes done using TurboTax
The following steps should be taken in order to report income as a statutory employee:
- Login to your TurboTax Deluxe account
- Click on the Federal tab on the left side of the screen
- Click on the ‘Wages & Income’ section
- Enter your W-2 information and make sure the ‘Statutory Employee’ checkbox is marked

Please note that as a Statutory Employee you will be advised to upgrade to TurboTax Self-Employed in order to complete your Schedule C expenses.
