I do not wish to complete form for innocent spouse, I keep pressing continue but it keeps prompting me to review. ?

You can delete the innocent spouse form by following these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then Tools (see attached tax tools)

3. Select Delete a Form (see attached image)

4. Find Form 8857 and select delete next to it
