I do not have a creditcard
I have not registered nor do I have a credit card
I can not get through to the IRS
You can either send in a paper return (which will be processed in the order received when the IRS re-opens), or wait for the IRS to re-open for assistance retrieving your IP PIN.
I realize neither option is fantastic, and both are going to result in delays. However, currently, with the IRS processing offices and live customer support both closed they are the only availble options.
It is not yet known when the IRS will re-open.
I have credit cards and a auto loan but it still does not verify. Equifax credit report does not list the last 8 digits of the credit card so I don’t know how they are verifying the information. It keeps saying the information does not match, when I clearly have the actual cards right in front of me!

Damon, Same Here! I've tried all of my cards, student loans, etc. It will not verify any of them. Other people have said the same thing. The site is obviously not working correctly and there's no one to call. It's maddening!
Please if there is a way to get stimulus without IP pin please let me know.
I'm going to find a way to blue some stuff up! I'm too poor and in need! I have an 84 year old grandmother but I can't get my stimulus check, which would help lot, because no one is helping people like me that need answers about the IP PIN problem!!!!
We are all in the same boat. Since some states have opened back up, try calling the local IRS offices in those states (even if it's not the state you live in).
ALL local IRS offices are closed due to the Coronavirus.
You are not alone on this one... this is so frustrating, it says they are not processing paper returns but today I will print my return and mail also I will fax w a cover letter explaining the situation to see if that works.... maybe that will expedite the process. Good luck!
Unfortunately, mailing in your return will not expedite the process. You do not need the IP Pin if you mail in your return, but no one is processing paper-filed returns right now. Most taxpayers don't need an IP PIN — the IRS only issues them in select cases.
If you know you need an IP PIN to file your taxes and you lost your CP01A letter (or never received it), you can:
We're unable to issue IP PINs and you won't find them on your tax paperwork. You can only get IP PINs from the IRS.

Pin for what. The IP pin is 6 digit and the filing pin is 5 digits. What 4 digit pin are you asking about?
