This is a Microsoft problem.
Go to SEARCH>>CMD>>RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR>>
Type CD\ and press enter
Type SFC /SCANNOW and press enter
Takes a little time to verify and correct files.
When finished enter EXIT and press enter
