Hello,
Does TurboTax offer a less confusing version of the Tax Estimator offered by the IRS? We had some family changes and I want to verify that the appropriate amount is being removed from my paychecks. The IRS estimator is helpful but does not mirror what turbotax asks for, so it's difficult to say that I have entered the required information correctly.

Try the TurboTax W-4 estimator here - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/w4/
I do not see an option to include a bonus, and taxes already withheld from the bonus. I suppose I should just exclude those taxes it from the amount in Fed Tax Withheld YTD?
Exclude? No. You would add it to taxes withheld. The bonus should be included in your W2 with your regular wages. The bonus will add to your wages.
