I am submitting my Federal Tax Return by mail.  But I intend to pay online.  Is there someway to let IRS know that payment will be received online?

No.  Just pay it.  Pay the IRS directly at

Https://www.irs.gov/payments

Be sure to pick 2023.

Check with your bank to be sure you have the right routing number and account number.  Some banks use different numbers for deposits and payments.

No, you let them know you paid it online, by making the payment. The IRS will match to your tax return based on your name and Social Security number.
