State not downloading

Turbotax should just not allow a fake download option if forms are not released or have bugs.  No different than the message I received when I tried earlier in December that stated the forms went available.  The way they are handling this it makes it feel like it is user error when evidently it's not.

Many of the IRS/state forms  have not been finalized for tax year 2023.  Once the IRS finalizes their forms and approves the TurboTax 2023 forms this section will become available.
