I have called them and they could not help.... maybe customer support was new, but trying to being awareness to this issue on site.
Log completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache, delete cookies and reboot your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

thanks I was able to call for assistance and it seem the only way to fix this issue is a refund of product and then re-purchasing the correct one.... the error on site was from being on a Mac and putting in a PC software key.
