My social security income isn’t reflected so it only shows deductions but no income so I’m not getting a refund. Why is my income not showing. I manually entered the amount from the SSA-1099

Your Social Security is on lines 6a and 6b of your Form 1040. Line 6b shows if any of the SS was taxable.

Why do you think that is keeping you from getting a refund? Social Security does not count as income for earned income credit or the child tax credit.
Are you sure that you posted your Social Security Income?

If you only have Social Security income, I would not expect you to get a refund.
If you had other income from wages or a retirement account that you did have taxes withheld from, you may generate a refund.
