So I filed my taxes with TurboTax. I have to mail my documents in every year and normally there is a cover sheet. There is not 1 this year so where do I mail my Fed?

I file with Turbo Tax every year and have to mail my documents in every year. There is no cover sheet in the downloaded/printed files. Why is that?
