"Self-Employed Health Insurance" section not working

Have anyone encountered this problem?

I am trying to work on "Self-Employed Health Insurance" under Wage&Income section so I can enter info using 1095-A. I press continue but web only return me to the previous page?
Is it a known issue?

Received an EDA-131 from Illinois. Apparently didn't send my 2018 form in. Worked fast food and made minimum wage. Don't understand how I apparently owe so much money??
