Has anyone ever been under review for Federal Return?

we are in the same boat iam not sure just when we can start counting our days I don't know wheter to count the weekend days or just days through  the week

iam counting from the 5th  because that's when I talked to them on the phone

No but I did get word from my tax advocate that my refund would be released by the 26th. I filed for hardship on the 8th and finally getting some progress

I filed on the 23rd of January. My refund sat around til the 5th of this month and now they are moving everything. Just keep calling and getting on their nerves fr and file for hardship.

Havent received a ddd yet but i can now access my transcripts finally so im hoping it will be soon!!!! Looks like my refund amount increased after submitting the forms they requested

@savion1989  what did u need to file for a hardship did tell u that u needed to fax anything over to them? And when u file on the 8th how long did it take for them to call u back and let u know your date?

87. T 77.  7t74...77.t..8  is the number. I didn't need anything to file I just told her my situation. Once you get an advocate assigned to your case call them as much as possible. It should take 3 weeks to get your money. If they need anything, fax it in asap so it will keep things moving.
