I'm trying to file my taxes and I didn't have health insurance last year due to it not being offered through my work. Should I not claim a hardship?

I'm stuck on that page asking for my hardship number and can't file.

Please clarify your question. What is the hardship referring to and how would that affect your filing a tax return.
