rejected return

I am having issues trying to get our federal and state returns accepted, it is stating the AGI is incorrect but it has been entered correctly.  We have now tried 3 times and have never had a issue before.  Please advise on how to fix the issue.  Also keep entering the misc. code for a business and it also keeps deleting the number.  Please advise on this issue also

If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2021 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2021 AGI might not be in the IRS system.   Try using zero instead.

If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year.  The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

i am having the same problem  I found that if filing jointly, the AGI must be the same for both spouses.  i logged on to the IRS site to make  sure i had the right amount and corrected   originally, i put the amount for my husband but $0 for me   fingers crossed  that showing the amount on Line 11 from 2021 return for both of us will do it
