Because of a likely bug in Turbotax, I was unable to e-file state return for my 5th family member though the software charged me the $25. Customer Service told me to request a refund on the website which I did but there was no emailed acknowledgement of me having submitted the request.
For anyone that has requested a refund online, did you get an acknowledgment?

This was using TurboTax Desktop and it was the software that said the number of filings had exceeded 5 which was not true.
