I have been a TurboTax user for more than 10 years and always received the software program on my computer. This is the first time I had to use the cloud software. My completed taxes could not be submitted electronically, and I had to print and mail. I could not submit electronically because review would not accept the zip code data from my retirement funds. This SAME data has been used in the past with no problem. I tried entering data a number of times and it still could not accept. Des Moines IN (not IA) was loaded by software, 50306 was not accepted!!! Very disappointed user........

If the software internally has the wrong state associated with the zip code, and flags your 1099 during the review, then it sure sounds like a bug. Contact customer support.
