your software sucks

Am currently attempting to complete and file our 2017 taxes. I downloaded the 2017 software and having multiple issues. Please have a professional call me!!!!

Now in the meantime can you describe the issue better ?  If you can someone on this forum may be able to help you over the weekend....  did you install and update the program ?

Also ... the 2017 return must be paper filed ... in the FILE tab your only choice it to mail in the return at this late date.
