I am trying to import my mortgage information from Wells Fargo Bank into the Turbo Tax Premier software. However, It's not working. I have entered my Wells Fargo account information correctly but wasn't able to log in successfully.
It would be helpful if you can guide me or help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

You'll have to enter Form 1098-Mortgage Interest manually. Form 1098 Mortgage Interest is not a form that can be imported into TurboTax.

How about 1099-int? I have 1099-int from Wells Fargo but the importing process does NOT work. What am I doing wrong?
I'm having the same problem... all of my other online banking accounts have some form of "Enable Third Party Access to Account Information" which allows it to be imported into TurboTax. I cannot find the same from Wells Fargo. It goes through the normal process and asks me for username and password, and then even uses 2-step verification via text message to my phone, but then ultimately says the import was unsuccessful. I don't understand what is causing this... HELP!
The best option here is to enter the form information manually into TurboTax. Sometimes third-party connections are intermittent.
