WONT LET ME FINISH

i paid the money was just taken from my account. for both my state and federal. now i am at the final steps, i entered my direct deposit info and i click done. then it continues to loop back into the same process and showing me the credit karma card. can you please help. because i literally paid and i cleared my computer and even switched devices. to me turbo tax seems like a legit scam. literally took money and not letting me finish how nice. first time using and i am not happy.
