why won't my 2023 Turbotax allow me to update? It says UPDATE FAILED?

Is it for Windows or Mac? If for Windows, you can try a manual update. The 2023 update should be available through this FAQ:

Also...if you are using a Windows computer....a major update was issued last week.

Make sure the Windows update is fully installed and rebooted before working on the TurboTax update.

(Partially installed Windows updates will prevent the TurboTax update)
