TurboTax has moved all healthcare questions to the subheading Medical under Deductions & Credits. This includes questions about form 1095-A and the Affordable Care Act.
If you do have a 1095-A, then you need to enter it, because you need to reconcile the Premium Tax Credit on the form 8896 (which TurboTax will generate from the 1095-A).
Some states, however, still do require healthcare coverage.

Here are the directions to get IRS form 8962 filled out. You are not going to amend your return and you are not going to add a state return.
Well thanks for messing my return. IRS is asking for the 1095-A and the online version wont allow me to fix the return. $40 dollars wasted on using your software.
JamesG1 instructions above should work for the online version to get the form 8962 printed to mail to the IRS per their request.
