I installed Turbotax on my PC with the license code. Now when I try to download a second copy of turbotax on a different machine, it tells me that the license code is already in use.
I bought the CD Download and used that and the associated license code to install on the first computer. Now I am trying to download and install turbotax on a second computer. Turbotax tells me the code has already been used.

You cannot install from a CD on one computer and then download the installation file on another computer. You will have to use the CD to install on the second computer. If the second computer does not have a CD drive then contact TurboTax support for assistance.

Yes I bought Deluxe online edition from Shoppers Drug Store in Toronto Canada. Inside the box is a card giving me Activation Code for 8 returns, It then instructs me to 1. Visit turbotax.canada/activate, 2Sign in or create a new account. 3. Enter your 16 digit activation code which I cannot do. It keeps saying 'there is something wrong, try again and 4. you are all set to file your tax return. I have an account and have used Turbo Tax since 2009 and never had problems like this.

purchase turbotax deluxe at Costco & license code not accepted when I try to download
I have turbo tax deluxe 2022 and when I try to download on second computer using license code, it says that this license is already associated with another user.
