Ahhhh. You do have to really really look. Thanks.
I agree. I have spent 2 hours trying to find the "ask a question" botton. Can you tell me how to find it please?

Look at the picture. Under the white text that says Get your taxes done using TurboTax
white box for searching........then blue box that says Ask a Question
I clicked on the link you provided to find the "ask a question" button but could not find it.
I found it!!!! Thank you!!!
It is said that every category has a blue bubble that says ask a question. Where on earth is the blue bubble. I clicked on the link that was posted, but it just circled me back to where I started... Is there a photo you can post somewhere? I simply can't figure out how to ask a question unless I invade some other thread... gulp!

Thank you! Visually I didn't see that at all, it blends in with the other blue stuff... it would be nice if it were more visually discernable!
I feel silly, but at least others couldn't find it either... a different color would be nice. Some folks refer to it as a "bubble" so I was looking for a "bubble" (like a cartoon-speaking bubble) rather than a box/button.
@CaddyGrn You are welcome. The graphics do not make it easy for folks.....don't know what someone was thinking....
please see the attached picture
Thanks. Now, where do I click to unsubscribe to this specific thread since it's been answered now a couple dozen times. 🙂 G
If you've ever worked with a graphic designer who feels that the picture is much more important than the words, you'd know your answer. I was a partner in an ad agency many many moons ago. I was the copywriter and my partner was the art director. He would design nice print ads with the copy so small you almost needed a magnifying glass. He called the copy "verbiage" (aka garbage) and would argue with clients who were disrespecting his "design" when they were asking for their message to appear. There is a great documentary called "Art and Copy" which covers this. It's an age old problem and web designers can also be as ridiculous. Have you ever noticed great designs for restaurant websites that don't have the address? Or hours? Or menu? But the food sure is purty LOL
@TuckerdogAVL To unsubscribe I think the only way is to go to the very first post back on page 1 and click on the down arrow on the top right.
I posted this elsewhere on this thread, but I wanted to share this insight with you: If you've ever worked with a graphic designer who feels that the picture is much more important than the words, you'd know your answer. Here's what I get when I go to the original post. As usual, share, subscribe, save, send, keep, archive, duplicate, follow ... no stop. Or delete. 🙂 I'm sure, like trying to turn off a music app and finding the buried "log out," Unsubscribe is a mysterious secret. Thanks for trying. 🙂
