I posted this elsewhere on this thread, but I wanted to share this insight with you: If you've ever worked with a graphic designer who feels that the picture is much more important than the words, you'd know your answer. I was a partner in an ad agency many many moons ago. I was the copywriter and my partner was the art director. He would design nice print ads with the copy so small you almost needed a magnifying glass. He called the copy "verbiage" (aka garbage) and would argue with clients who were disrespecting his "design" when they were asking for their message to appear. There is a great documentary called "Art and Copy" which covers this. It's an age old problem and web designers can also be as ridiculous. Have you ever noticed great designs for restaurant websites that don't have the address? Or hours? Or menu? But the food sure is purty LOL
