Many users have multiple account and forget how to access them. Are you trying to use an account that was used by a different family member for a past year? If two users prepare returns using the same account and user ID the second one overwrites the first one and the first one is lost forever.

Or....are you in the wrong account?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
