Yes, you can clear and start over if you haven't registered paid or e-filed yet. Here's how to clear and start over:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Clear and Start Over.
3. You'll be asked if you are sure, answer Yes, and all of the information you entered so far will be deleted. 
    

If this doesn't work for you, you can correct anything that you have already entered in your tax return. Here's how to go back and make corrections:

1. Sign in to TurboTax
2. Select My Info, or Personal Info. 
3. Select Edit next to anything you need to change.
4. Use the left side menu to revisit any category that needs to be changed. 
5. You don't say exactly what else you need help with, but in general, you can use the search box toward the upper right corner to find the topic you need, or the left-side menu, to see lists of topics. For example, if you need to change something on a W-2, select Wages & Income, then Job (W-2).
