Why can't file my return?

I have completed my tax return and even paid by Visa credit card for Live Deluxe package $170.00. Now I can't send off to file return. Please help me.

Why can't file my return?

It sounds like you may need to clear out your cash and delete your cookies. Here's an article that will give you the instructions.
