I tried to get a refund this was response I was given.
We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case #[phone number removed] because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Its highway robbery, I had no idea I had the upgraded version if turbotax had said something I would've been able to file with the basic version because I didn't use any of the services, total highway robbery.

Were you able to get this resolved at all? Going through the same issue myself, as well as finding out that others have too. Would love your input/experience on how you were to resolve this.

Any suggestions? Again, I've declined the premium option at least 4 times but somehow it was able to slip through without my intent.
You are very welcome for the response. The only other thing I could suggest would be reaching out to TurboTax customer support to get assistance over the phone with this.
