Good morning. I noticed that I don't need to put in any personal information to get the 'white screen of death.' I simple start Turbotax 2022 download version on my laptop and goto File > sign in > click have existing intuit account > white screen appears

Here's my issue:
- Tried to pay for additional state return and get a whiteboard on a Premier download version of Turbo Tax:
- I have done the following: Pop up blockers are off; Windows 11 software is updated; Turbo Tax updated; Uninstalled and reinstalled Turbo Tax; All state of WI schedules needed for this return have been checked and released by Turbo Tax
I transmitted the Federal return with no issue separately. For this return I did not need to import tax data from a brokerage firm.
Had similar issue last year and the uninstall/reinstall process resolved the issue.
Very frustrated with Turbo Tax! HELP
Hi @TomS55- Can you please clarify where in the program you are seeing a white screen? Any screenshots you can provide would be helpful.

ALL: I do have word from a TurboTax Moderator that there is an "active investigation" to resolve this issue. I'll post here and let you know as soon as I hear any news! Again, SO sorry for the inconvenience!
