I am a self-employed freelancer. I have used TurboTax from 2013 to 2019, but have not yet filed for 2020 or 2021 for either federal or state. I am ready to do so now. Which product(s) should I use?
Also, when I log in to TurboTax, it shows that I filed my federal 2020 taxes and that I owe the IRS $263. And they say that I did not file using TurboTax. But I am sure that I did not file, especially since I always use TurboTax. Could it be that the IRS has determined that I owe that amount based on paperwork they received from someone else such as a company that hired me as a vendor?

If you are sure that you did not use TurboTax for tax year 2020 and are seeing on the online account that there is taxes owed for 2020, contact TurboTax support for this issue.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
For tax year 2020 and 2021 you will need to purchase and download each tax year from this TurboTax website to install on a personal computer, either Windows or Mac - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
Prior year tax returns can only be printed and mailed using TurboTax, they cannot be e-filed. Each tax year needs to be mailed in separate envelopes. State tax returns are mailed separately from federal returns. It is recommended that you use a tracking service from the US Post Office so that you will have proof the IRS and/or state received your tax returns.
