During the State Taxes review screens, I have a screen titled Diagnostic stating final instructions have not been received. The instructions were published by NC Department of Revenue on Feb 2,2021.
When will Intuit/TT update the software ? The federal version needs to be filed by March 15. ( in 7 days) Would be nice to have state finished so any changes do not require filing an amended Federal return.
Can Somebody provide the NC 403 instructions that TT is using so I can compare with the final version from NC DOR ?

Supposedly they are available now:

Run your internal tax software update again????
IF that doesn't work.
Download and install the manual business update:

Then, when that is done, restart TTX and re-run the internal software update again (in case there were more updates since the last manual update was issued 2 weeks ago)
Sorry I was not clear about the Form versus Instructions.
The screen says "The D-403 form is final, but final instructions have not been received. If you file the return, there is the potential that calculations could change, and that you may need to file an amended return when the instructions are final. ."
Can somebody send / link the instructions that were used for TT Business TY2020. I have tools to compare files to see if the changes affect my D-403 return.
Yes I have restarted TT and checked for updates.
Ahhh, A subtle misunderstanding of the issue on my part...
I doubt that anyone in this forum would have a clue as to when the software would have those instructions updated, and why the state forms page bothers to indicate the form is truly available in that case. There is no full set of instructions that TTX publishes....they are just supposed to use the NC instructions to direct themselves in arranging the software to work properly. SO, at least for the moment, whatever instructions NC publishes for that form on the NC DOR website is your only reference to see if all the boxes are filled in properly.
