Download and install the manual business update:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/updating/help/manually-update-turbotax-business-software/00/25794

Then, when that is done, restart TTX and re-run the internal software update again (in case there were more updates since the last manual update was issued 2 weeks ago)
