I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with a representative from TurboTax… She could not find form 8915 – F for the online version. She suggested that I wait until after 1st of April!
This did not work for me.
I deleted the 1099 R form but I cannot figure out when asked if you received a 2021 Form 1099-R answer NO. I deleted the 1099 R form so where do I go from there? I cannot locate the 8915 F form. My head is spinning! There are no questions to answer.

The Form 8915-F was included in the TurboTax online editions in the early evening of 03/23
You complete the Form 8915-F in the Retirement Income section of the program for a Form 1099-R. The information you are asked to provide is entered on Form 8915-F by the program and included with the tax return when it is filed.
If you had a Covid-19 related distribution in 2020 and selected to spread the distribution over 3 years -
Answer No when asked if you received a Form 1099-R in 2021, if you did not receive the form
Answer Yes when asked if Have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2021?
Answer Yes when asked if you took a Qualified 2020 Disaster Distribution
Check the box that this was a Coronavirus-related distribution reported in 2020
In the box 2020 Form 8915-E, line 4, column b - Enter a 0
If the 2020 distribution was from an account that was Not an IRA
2020 Form 8915E Line 9 - Enter 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution in both boxes for Line 9
If the 2020 distribution was from an IRA account
2020 Form 8915E Line 17 - Enter 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution in both boxes for Line 17
Do not enter anything in the other boxes, leave them blank (empty)
The 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution will be entered on the 2021 Form 1040 Line 4b if from an IRA or on Line 5b if from a retirement plan other than an IRA
You can view your Form 1040 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
Using the desktop editions click on Forms. Open the Form 1040
I thought it was just me! I have looked everywhere for this form online and it's just not popping up on Turbo Tax. Ugghh!

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
On the screen Did you get a 1099-R in 2021? Click on NO and continue answering the questions as I posted above.
I went over this multiple times with the rep. Where are you suggesting to start if I do not have a 1099-r? Every way we tried it, it never has a box to check for Covid.
It is not asking me that question. It just brings up the 1099-rs that I’ve already entered.

Then follow the procedure I previously posted.
There is no box or dropdown for Covid-19. The Form 8915-F is completed by the program after you enter the 1/3 of the amount from the distribution in 2020.

Did you delete all the Form 1099-R's that were listed in your account when deleting the Form 1099-R?
Sorry but it is NOT asking me if I received a 1099 R form? No way of answering NO. I did exactly what the directions said and NO questions are popping up.
Right hand search 1099-R. Jump to 1099-R. Hit continue… not add 1099-R, just continue. Please let me know if it works for you.
I was finally able to answer questions BUT it asks for a FEMA number?

Just click on the spacebar and continue or enter any number and continue. This is the Form 8915-E that is only used for a 2020 tax return. It is not included with or sent with your filed 2021 tax return.
When I was in the 1099-r section and just hit continue (not add 1099-r) it pretty much took me straight to the covid question. Wanted to know amounts from last years returns to verify. I’m sorry you’re still having difficulties.
