PROBLEM SOLVED. I've been waiting to submit my Federal and State since 1/29. I gave up waiting for the fix so i bought H&R block program on 2/3. Installed and filed my taxes today, 2/4/22. Done and Mother-effing done! Deleted my Turbotax files from my computer and uninstalled the program. Threw the CD rom in the trash. Never again Turbotax. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
Still Not working and cleared the cache, cookies, used a different browser, restarted my computer everything that was said to be done and it still did not work.
Oh Turbotax you suck. I've been dealing with this Hawaii N-11 for WEEKS . Your call center idiots, when you can actually reach one that has an IQ over 20 (and that doesn't put you into a death spiral phone que) know nothing about this matter except for the one "specialist" I spoke to who said it was a known issue that was absolutely going to be resolved by Feb. 3.
Today is Feb. 5 and it is still occurring. Sadly I already paid my $39.00 state filing fees with Turbotax during my Federal checkout which I will be recouping NO MATTER WHAT.
I'm moving my business (2 person household) over to H&R Block after 9 years with TurboTax. Goodbye idiots.

I ended up using the option to talk to an expert and they had absolutely no idea. They just kept saying I don't know, I don't know and so I paid for nothing! This is so frustrating as this is the only thing holding up my tax return.
But no one has been able to assist us when we call your office!!!
H&R Block works perfect! It was cheaper too. I recommend everyone jump ship!

It’s Feb 5th and I am getting the same issue
I’m glad I purchased my copy from Costco cause when I go there next week I’m returning my copy and gonna buy another competitor’s software.
