I SECOND THAT OPINION: Oh Turbotax you suck. I've been dealing with this Hawaii N-11 for WEEKS . Your call center idiots, when you can actually reach one that has an IQ over 20 (and that doesn't put you into a death spiral phone que) know nothing about this matter except for the one "specialist" I spoke to who said it was a known issue that was absolutely going to be resolved by Feb. 3.
Today is Feb. 5 and it is still occurring. Sadly I already paid my $39.00 state filing fees with Turbotax during my Federal checkout which I will be recouping NO MATTER WHAT.
I'm moving my business (3 person household) over to H&R Block after 7 years with TurboTax. Goodbye idiots.
