What a bleepty crap service

I feel scammed by this crap app, paid for the service it say it will have instructions but zero instructions and when I call to customer support I have 3 different answers to my problem which seems to be very simple, turbotaxes is basically scamming me. __|__ I wish you all to go to hell

Which details do you need more? I called customer service 4 times this MORNING. ALL 4 times with completely different answers. THE FACT that I paid for something that will have at least instructions and don't have any is absurd. MY QUESTION IS, HOW CAN I HAVE REFUND FROM THIS CRAP APP SINCE I DID NOT USE AND YOU GUYS ARE UNABLE TO HELP ME?

HOW CAN I OPEN A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS SCAM?

WHY DO YOU GUYS HAVE SUCH INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

WHY DO YOU SAY THAT WILL HAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FIRST PAGE BUT THERE ARE NONE?

I Am requesting help from the people I paid for, this **bleep**ty app makes you pay for something that is free and tell that you will get help but it is all a scam. "

Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

@hugosmoreira The PDF download from the TurboTax Tax Home web page will not include the Filing Instructions. Those instructions will be available when you use Print Center for the download.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. You can also choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
